New Clients - Initial Coaching Session (90 Minutes)

Service Description
Book Your Session: You can begin with an initial conversation or jump straight into a focused coaching session. We start exactly where you are and work at a pace that feels right for you. Ongoing coaching offers the space for deeper support and sustained progress. Flexible, Worldwide Coaching: Most sessions take place online, offering flexibility, comfort, and privacy wherever you are. By default, online sessions are held via WhatsApp Video Call. I work with clients across the UK and internationally. If you prefer in-person sessions, they can be arranged in Cardiff or Belfast. I can also travel to clients elsewhere when appropriate with a minimum of a 6hr booking. Please contact me directly to discuss in-person bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations: • Standard Policy: If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify the Coach as soon as possible. We require at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment. • Rescheduling: The Coach will make a good-faith effort to reschedule your missed session at the earliest available time. • Fees: If you miss a session or fail to provide 48 hours' notice, the Coach reserves the right to retain the full session fee. Emergencies & Unforeseen Events: • Prioritise Safety: In the event of a serious accident, emergency, or sudden situation beyond your control, please handle the situation first. • Next Steps: Notify the Coach as soon as you are reasonably able to do so. The Coach will work with you in good faith to reschedule the missed session without penalty. Coach Cancellations: • Notice: If the Coach must cancel or reschedule an appointment, they will provide at least 5 days' notice whenever possible. • Resolution: You will be offered an alternative time to reschedule the session promptly.
